Tom and Jennifer’s wedding was the perfect fall wedding, from the crisp and cool fall air to the beautiful yellow foliage. We began the day at the Chapel at Red Rocks, and in keeping with the tradition of the Chapel, everything flowed smoothly. The fog and clouds swirled around the rocks throughout the ceremony making for a breathtaking scene.
From there, we went up to the Trading Post and had to strategically time our portraits to stay dry and warm. Jennifer and Tom were great sports dealing with the inclement weather. The clouds and drizzle actually created a soft beautiful light that allowed for exceptional images, and we got some fun shots with umbrellas in the rain.
The reception was held at the Mount Vernon Country Club, and everyone had a blast with great food, music and scenery. The father-daughter dance was so touching that Kathy had to dry a few tears between shots. Thanks Tom and Jennifer for allowing us to share and document this day for you!
