Chris and Kristen are such a fun couple and we were so excited that they allowed plenty of time on their wedding day for photography. We began the day with Kristen getting ready and found a wonderful location for their first encounter: a garden courtyard with twinkling lights in the trees. Then we spent a couple of hours photographing downtown and although we were photographing in familiar places, we captured some brand new images with different perspectives and dramatic lighting. Creating new images is so inspiring to us and it kept us fired up all day. In spite of the 97 degree heat, Chris and Kristen were great sports and managed to look great throughout the entire shoot.
The wedding and reception followed at the Chateaux and we had a great time photographing Chris, Kristen and the wedding party on the Chateaux grounds. The sky was brilliant blue with a smattering of white fluffy clouds, which created a perfect background for some really fun images. The reception featured scrumptious food in a beautiful location.
