Photographing at Keystone Ranch is a photographers dream. It is such a beautiful venue with an amazing staff. Erin and Daniel were a joy to work with and had so many great details at their wedding. During the wedding when they kissed, balloons were released into a cobalt sky. Their perfectly choreographed first dance was a huge hit and I had an amazing time photographing them alone in a 100 year old farm. It was a great day!
Kristen and Jay’s wedding fell right in the middle of the great 500 year flood of Colorado. You might think this would be the worst scenario…. Kristen and Jay are very lucky in that the one break in the week of rain, where the sun shown, was the morning of their wedding day during the ceremony and most of the reception. This was so wonderful and I couldn’t think of a better couple to have won this lottery with mother nature. We love photographing weddings at The Briarwood Inn. They have the perfect location for a wedding near the mountains with all the conveniences of Golden, CO. The Briarwood is known for wonderful service and delectable food. Here are some of my favorite images from the day.
How often can you have a first? It is really hard to do in wedding photography. Especially when you have photographed weddings as long as I have. Andrea and Cory were the first wedding to be held in the new outside ceremony area at The Chapel at Red Rocks. This is a great option for an outdoor wedding at Red Rocks it also offers the option of using the inside Chapel if you have a rainy day. It is going to be a very popular venue for next wedding season.
Here are some of my favorite images from Andrea and Cory’s wedding day at Red Rocks Wedding Chapel with a following reception at Mt. Vernon Country Club.
