Family portraits in the Vail Valley usually lead me into the Gore Range. Big aspen groves, craggy mountains over blue lakes that sometimes have moose wading just off shore. Family pictures in Colorado can offer so much. I created these portraits for the Blakesly family to create personal wall art decor for there home in the Edwards.
Photographing in the high mountains is not only one of my specialties, It’s also one of my favorite things to do. I love finding new exciting out of the way locations to photograph in. Here is Josh and Sarah’s engagement shoot where we hiked a short ways at 12’000 ft on a mountain side to one spectacular place to create their engagement portraits.
Derek and Chelsea had the perfect spring day in December. The weather matched the wedding day in that they were both just gorgeous!
