I had a great time creating Brandy & Mike’s engagement portraits in the snowy mountains west of Boulder, Colorado. It was eventually clear that they were going to have to make snow angels and give in to the fact that no matter how old you are it is fun to play in the snow. I had a great first wedding of 2012. We started with some snowshoeing…….Really we started the day snowshoeing. Let me explain, for the first two hours of Adam & lynne’s wedding photography coverage we photographed them on top of a mountain in two foot deep snow. I used snowshoes to create a trail that Lynne could use to access the locations we were photographing in. With all the fresh snow the Evergreen area has recently received this made for a beautiful setting for the images.
From the mountain we went on to Rockland Community Church for a wonderful wedding ceremony then on to Hiwan Country Club for the warm and fun reception. Enjoy the images below and leave a comment to let me know what you think or if you have any questions!
